摘要:CXLD64113 CXLD64113A系列是微功率、低噪声、低损耗的线性稳压器,工作电压从3V到6V,输出电流可达300mA。在300毫安的负载下,典型的电压降只有260毫伏。设计用于电池供电系统,低50uA静态电流使其成为一个理想的选择。CXLD64113/A采用内部P沟道MOSFET通晶体管设计,保持较低的供电电流,与负载电流和压降无关。

The CXLD64113 CXLD64113A series are micropower, low noise, low dropout linear regulators, which operate from 3V to 6V input voltage and deliver up to 300mA. Typical dropout voltage is only 260mV at 300mA loading. Designed for use in battery-powered system, the low 50uA quiescent current makes it an ideal choice. Design with an internal P-channel MOSFET pass transistor, the CXLD64113/A maintain a low supply current, independent of the load current and dropout voltage. Other features include reverse current protection, thermal-shutdown protection, current limit protection to ensure specified output current and controlled shortcircuit current. The CXLD64113/A regulators come in a miniature SOP-8, SOT-23, SOT-23-5, SOT-89 and SOT-89-5 packages.
