摘要:CXLD64316系列是一组正电压输出、三针稳压器,即使在输入/输出电压差很小的情况下也能提供高电流。通过CMOS和激光微调技术,实现了低功耗、高精度的加工。CXLD64316由高精度电压基准、误差放大电路和限流输出驱动器组成。与现有的串联相比,负载变化的瞬态响应已经得到改善。

The CXLD64316 series is a group of positive voltage output, three-pin regulators, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The CXLD64316 consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver. Transient response to load variations have improved in comparison to the existing series. SOT89 and SOT23-3 packages are available.
