摘要:CXSD62215系列产品是对应于陶瓷电容,内置32mΩ的P沟道 MOS驱动晶体管及25mΩ的N沟道 MOS开关晶体管的同步整流式降压DC/DC转换器。通过低导通电阻的2个晶体管能得到最大6A的高效率稳定输出电流。内置了0.6V的基准电压源,可以用外部电阻设定输出电压。备有1.2MHz,3.0MHz 的振荡频率,能为应用目的选择最适当的频率。工作模式为瞬态响应优越的HiSAT-COT(*)控制方式,可以从MODE端子选择PWM 控制或PWM/PFM自动转换控制,实现了从轻负载到重负载整个负载区域内自由自在地高速响应,低纹波,高效率的工作。

    CXSD62215系列产品是对应于陶瓷电容,内置32mΩ的P沟道 MOS驱动晶体管及25mΩ的N沟道 MOS开关晶体管的同步整流式降压DC/DC转换器。通过低导通电阻的2个晶体管能得到最大6A的高效率稳定输出电流。内置了0.6V的基准电压源,可以用外部电阻设定输出电压。备有1.2MHz,3.0MHz 的振荡频率,能为应用目的选择最适当的频率。工作模式为瞬态响应优越的HiSAT-COT(*)控制方式,可以从MODE端子选择PWM 控制或PWM/PFM自动转换控制,实现了从轻负载到重负载整个负载区域内自由自在地高速响应,低纹波,高效率的工作。可以在待机时停止全部电路把消耗电流抑制在1.0μA以下。在内部把软启动时间设定为0.25ms(TYP.)可以高速启动。进而可将SS端子连接电容任意地设定软启动时间。作为保护电路内置了过电流保护电路,VOUT短路保护电路,过热关断电路。短路保护电路可以在MODE端子选择Hiccup mode。PKG可以使用QFN-24(4mm X 4mm)。The CXSD62215 series is a group of synchronous-rectification type DC/DC converters with a built-in 32mΩ P-channel MOS driver transistor and 25mΩ N-channel MOS switching transistor, designed to allow the use of ceramic capacitors. The small on-resistances of these two internal driver transistors enable a high efficiency, stable power supply with an output current up to 6.0A. A 0.6V reference voltage source is incorporated, and the output voltage can be set freely by external resistors. Oscillation frequency is set to 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz can be selected for suiting to your particular application. The operation mode is HISAT-COT (*) control, which has an excellent transient response. PWM control or PWM/PFM auto switching control can be selected at the MODE1 pin, and a high-speed response, low ripple, and high efficiency are achieved across the entire load range (from light loads to heavy loads). During stand-by, all circuits are shutdown to reduce current consumption to as low as 1.0μA or less. As for the soft-start function as fast as 0.25ms in typical for quick turn-on. The soft start time can be set as desired by adding an external capacitance to the SS pin. Internal protection circuits include over current protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown circuits to enable safe use. Short circuit protection or Hiccup mode can be selected at the MODE2 pin. Soft-off function and CL High Speed discharge function discharge the electric charge at the output capacitor CL when putting the IC in a stand-by mode. Soft-off function can be selected at the MODE3 pin. The package is the QFN0404-24C (4mm×4mm).Hb0嘉泰姆
