摘要:CXLD64180系列是高精度,低噪声,采用CMOS生产工艺的 LDO电压调整器芯片。具有低输出噪音,高纹波抑制,低输入输出压差和非常快速的开启时间。CXLD64180系列的电压限制器foldback电路可为电流限制器和输出引脚提供短路保护。CXLD64180系列的输出电压可通过激光微调设定,输出电压范围是从0.9V到5.0V,间隔为0.05V。CXLD64180系列可以使用低ESR的陶瓷电容, 以降低方案成本,并能改善输出的稳定性,并且具有良好的瞬态响应和宽频段的高纹波抑制,即使负载变化也能保证电路稳定的工作。CXLD64180系列具有CE功能,可使芯片停止工作,以降低功耗

      CXLD64180系列是高精度,低噪声,采用CMOS生产工艺的 LDO电压调整器芯片。具有低输出噪音,高纹波抑制,低输入输出压差和非常快速的开启时间。CXLD64180系列的电压限制器foldback电路可为电流限制器和输出引脚提供短路保护。CXLD64180系列的输出电压可通过激光微调设定,输出电压范围是从0.9V到5.0V,间隔为0.05V。CXLD64180系列可以使用低ESR的陶瓷电容, 以降低方案成本,并能改善输出的稳定性,并且具有良好的瞬态响应和宽频段的高纹波抑制,即使负载变化也能保证电路稳定的工作。CXLD64180系列具有CE功能,可使芯片停止工作,以降低功耗。The CXLD64180 series are highly accurate, low noise, CMOS LDO Voltage Regulators. Offering low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on times, the CXLD64180 series is ideal for today’s cutting edge mobile phone. Internally the CXLD64180/XC6211 includes a reference voltage source, error amplifiers, driver transistors, current limiters and phase compensators. The CXLD64180’s current limiters' foldback circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and. the output pin. The output voltage is set by laser trimming. Voltages are selectable in 50mV steps within a range of 0.9V to 5.0V. The CXLD64180 series is also fully compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improving output stability. This high level of output stability is maintained even during frequent load fluctuations, due to the excellent transient response performance and high PSRR achieved across a broad range of frequencies. The CE function allows the output of regulator to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption.s1U嘉泰姆
