     The CXLB7260 is a complete constant current & constant voltage linear charger for single cell 
4OX嘉泰姆

lithium-ion batteries. Its SOT package and low  external component count make the CXLB7260 ideally4OX嘉泰姆

 suited for portable applications.4OX嘉泰姆

        Furthermore, the  CXLB7260 is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications.4OX嘉泰姆

No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to the internal MOSFET4OX嘉泰姆

 architecture. Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high4OX嘉泰姆

 power operation or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge 4OX嘉泰姆

current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The CXLB7260 automatically terminates4OX嘉泰姆

 the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value after the final float4OX嘉泰姆

 voltage is reached.4OX嘉泰姆

           When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the CXLB7260  automatically4OX嘉泰姆

enters a low current state, dropping the battery drain current to less than 2uA. The CXLB7260 can  be 4OX嘉泰姆

put into shutdown mode, reducing the supply current to 50uA.4OX嘉泰姆

            Other features include Battery temperature monitor, under-voltage lockout, automatic recharge 4OX嘉泰姆

and two status pins to indicate charge and charge termination.4OX嘉泰姆
