摘要:CXLD64172系列是高精度,低噪声, 正电压LDO调整器芯片,并采用CMOS生产工艺。具有高纹波抑制和低输入输出压差的特性。CXLD64172系列芯片内部包括一个参考电压源,一个误差运算放大器,一个电流限制器,一个相位补偿电路和一个驱动三极管。CXLD64172系列输出电压范围是从0.9V到6.0V,间隔为0.05V。用低ESR陶瓷电容,即可使输出稳定,并且具有良好的瞬态响应,即使负载变化也能保证电路稳定的工作。CXLD64172系列的foldback电路可为电流限制器和输出引脚提供短路保护。具有CE功能,可使芯片停止工作,以降低功耗

      CXLD64172系列是高精度,低噪声, 正电压LDO调整器芯片,并采用CMOS生产工艺。具有高纹波抑制和低输入输出压差的特性。CXLD64172系列芯片内部包括一个参考电压源,一个误差运算放大器,一个电流限制器,一个相位补偿电路和一个驱动三极管。CXLD64172系列输出电压范围是从0.9V到6.0V,间隔为0.05V。用低ESR陶瓷电容,即可使输出稳定,并且具有良好的瞬态响应,即使负载变化也能保证电路稳定的工作。CXLD64172系列的foldback电路可为电流限制器和输出引脚提供短路保护。具有CE功能,可使芯片停止工作,以降低功耗。The CXLD64172 series are highly precise, low noise, positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes. The series achieves high ripple rejection and low dropout and consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor. Output voltage is selectable in 0.05V increments within a range of 0.9V ~ 6.0V. The series is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors which give added output stability. This stability can be maintained even during load fluctuations due to the excellent transient response of the series. The current limiter's foldback circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and the output pin. The CE function enables the output to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption.tcH嘉泰姆
