The CXSD6208S CXSD6208F CXSD6208A is a current mode monolithic buck switching regulator. Operating with an input range of 4.5V~26V, the CXSD6208S CXSD6208F CXSD6208A delivers 1.2A of continuous output current with two integrated N-Channel MOSFETs. The CXSD6208S CXSD6208F CXSD6208A operates in fixed frequency for all load range to prevent low frequency interference. Operating frequency can be selected by a resister connected between FB pin and divider. The CXSD6208S CXSD6208F CXSD6208A guarantees robustness with over current protection, thermal protection, start-up current run-away protection, and input under voltage lockout.  The CXSD6208S CXSD6208F CXSD6208A is available in 6-pin SOT23-6 package, which provides a compact solution with minimal external components.
