一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXSD6123B is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-down4wS嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1.2A of 4wS嘉泰姆

output current. The device operates from an input voltage4wS嘉泰姆

 range of 2.6V to 7.0V and provides an output  voltage from4wS嘉泰姆

 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6123B ideal for low voltage 4wS嘉泰姆

power conversions.Running at a fixed frequency of 1.5MHz4wS嘉泰姆

 allows the use of small external components, such as 4wS嘉泰姆

ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,4wS嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output 4wS嘉泰姆

along with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal 4wS嘉泰姆

synchronous rectifier,making CXSD6123B an ideal green replacement for 4wS嘉泰姆

large power consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start 4wS嘉泰姆

control circuitry reduces inrush current.Short-circuit  and 4wS嘉泰姆

thermal-overload improves design reliability.CXSD6123B is 4wS嘉泰姆

housed in a SOT23-5 Package4wS嘉泰姆
