   The CXSD6124 CXSD6125 is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-down8gU嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1A of output current. 8gU嘉泰姆

The device operates from an input voltage range of 2.6V to 6.0V and 8gU嘉泰姆

provides an output voltage from 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6124 8gU嘉泰姆

CXSD6125 ideal for low voltage power conversions.Running at a fixed8gU嘉泰姆

 frequency of 1.5MHz allows the use of small external components, 8gU嘉泰姆

such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,8gU嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output along 8gU嘉泰姆

with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal synchronous rectifier,8gU嘉泰姆

making CXSD6124 an ideal green replacement for large power consuming8gU嘉泰姆

 linear regulators.Internal soft-start control circuitry reduces inrush 8gU嘉泰姆
