   The CXSD6124 CXSD6125 is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-downaiM嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1A of output current. aiM嘉泰姆

The device operates from an input voltage range of 2.6V to 6.0V and aiM嘉泰姆

provides an output voltage from 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6124 aiM嘉泰姆

CXSD6125 ideal for low voltage power conversions.Running at a fixedaiM嘉泰姆

 frequency of 1.5MHz allows the use of small external components, aiM嘉泰姆

such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,aiM嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output along aiM嘉泰姆

with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal synchronous rectifier,aiM嘉泰姆

making CXSD6124 an ideal green replacement for large power consumingaiM嘉泰姆

 linear regulators.Internal soft-start control circuitry reduces inrush aiM嘉泰姆
