摘要:CXLD6451系列是高精度、低噪声、LDO电压调节器,能够提供超过1A的输出电流,在1A(CXLD645 1A33)上具有1.3V的最大下降电压。该系列包含四个固定输出电压,分别为1.2V、1.8V、2.5V和3.3V,没有维持负载的最小负载要求。片上微调将参考/输出电压调整到±2%的精度范围内

一.产品概述kM1嘉泰姆


 The CXLD6451 series are highly accurate, low noise, LDO Voltage Regulators that are capable of providing an output current that is in excess of 1A with a maximum dropout voltage of 1.3V at 1A (CXLD6451A33).This series contains four fixed output voltages of 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V that have no minimum load requirement to maintain regulation. On chip trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage to within ±2% accuracy. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown. The JTM6118series can operate with up to 18V input. Devices are available in SOT223 kM1嘉泰姆
