The device is an N-channel MOSFET which needs only one input voltage from 0.95V to 5.5V. Built in internal charge pump function biases the N-MOS switch to achieve a minimum switch on-resistance. The CXCL6528 can be enabled by other power system. Pulling and holding the EN pin below 0.4V shuts off the output.
