          CXPR08A03SFC is an ultra-low capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for super-speed data interfaces. With typical capacitance of 0.20pF only, CXPR08A03SFC is designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2(ESD), Level 4 (±15kV air, ±8kV contact discharge), IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) 2A (8/20 μs), etc.CXPR08A03SFC uses DFN3.8*1.0-9L and DFN5.5*1.5-18L package. Each CXPR08A03SFC device can protect eight super-speed data lines. The combined features of ultra-low capacitance, small size and high ESD robustness make CXPR08A03SFC ideal for super-speed data ports and high-frequency lines (e.g., HDMI & DVI) applications.
